I recently stayed at San Hotel, and overall, I found it to be a decent place to stay. Our travel agency booked this hotel for us, and I appreciated its convenient location, as it was close to various attractions in Cebu. The security measures in place were also reassuring, making us feel safe during our stay. Additionally, there were nearby shops to satisfy any hunger cravings. However, there were a couple of downsides to note. The water pressure in the hotel was on the low side, and there were no complimentary toiletries provided, which was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, it wasn't a major issue for us since we didn't spend much time in the hotel – it was primarily a place to rest for the night.

All in All you get what you payed for, Room - Inclusion: Bed/AirCon/TV/1Hugger/Many Outlet for Charging/Hot Water/Shampoo and Soup/Room is also Clean - Exclusion: Water Bottle/ Coffee or Tea/ Electric Kettle/Bidet Note: Hotel Admin Please Please add Electric Kettle and Bidet 😔🙏 Service - Receptionist is not welcoming - Room boy are very helpful they will assist you to you room Note: please Ms. Receptionist smile if you have a bad day please professional and welcome your customers with a smile even your customers get the cheap room or the best room 😤 Location: Near Jollibee and Convenient Store Location Great 👍

It was a decent place to stay for a budgeted trip and location wise— perfect 💯💯 I’m just annoyed because we have to replace the key card many times and end up transferring to another room since it wont REALLY WORK, plus the placement of their telephones inside the room,it was attached on the wall and it keeps falliiiiing! The linens are a bit dirty, the shower-inoperative 🥴 Some staffs are not accomodating. Ps. My friend got bug bites 🥲🥲

Been there and all I can say is, nice room. The linens and pillows are well prepared. When you want to be away from the city perhaps unwind a lil bit, I can recommend this place. It's really not that noisy and rooms are clean. Pros: Comfort room has heater. Shower. Clean toiletries. Freebies such as comfy slippers. Cons: Doesn't have fridge, and chair on a table. All in all, it was a good stay!

The only accommodation in our cebu trip that does not provide towels. The aircon in our room is taking a long time to cool down. Nevertheless, its a good hotel for your budgeted trip.

situated at the heart of cebu city, our stay is excellent. Though AC not that powerful in our room at 318 but cold during night sleep. Place and room is clean with hot and cold shower. Accomodating staff and smiling security guard. Hot water is free, a store is located in front of the hotel located ground floor of dragon hotel inn. Rent of the room for 5 days is 1k per night. Another thing is that the place have a safe parking area with security gate.

(1) how come the location is in the middle of the city but very poor internet connection (2) poor customer service (3) no complimentary water

Nice stay. Rooms are quite tiny but well equipt. Wifi works well. A/C is nice. No elevator and didn’t help with luggage up the stairs but I was okay to carry. Overall, a nice stay for the price.
